COPE Sensitive Freight

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews left here. My experience with COPE has been fantastic. While I may not be able to vouch for the rest of the company, I can confirm that Woody, JR, and Vic are absolutely wonderful to work with.A supplier of ours enlisted the help of COPE to deliver some new scientific instruments to us and to assist us in relocating some old instruments. Woody, JR, and Vic arrived punctually at the agreed time, followed all of our instructions accurately, and had no issues adapting to changed plans.The instruments involved were large, heavy, highly sensitive and valuable. The access to the final location was very narrow, with only a few centimetres of gaps on each side when the instruments passed through the door. Woody, JR, and Vic handled our instruments with utmost care. Not a single time did they let the instruments suffer from significant vibrations or bump into anything.They were courteous, cheerful, professional, and communicated very well with the supplier’s technician and me. They were responsible for unpacking the instruments from the crates. With only one technician on-site and limited space, they had to rely on the technician's verbal instructions to figure out which pieces they had to retrieve from the crates next. They did it flawlessly and efficiently. I don’t think the technician had to explain anything to them twice. It was quite amazing to watch. At the end of the job, they took away all the packaging, leaving us with no rubbish to worry about.I am thoroughly impressed by Woody, JR, and Vic’s work. And if their performance is anything to go by, I would highly recommend COPE’s service to everyone.

We bought a three door fridge from down south. The fridge was given to cope sensitive freight to deliver after paying a huge amount of freight. The tracking went eight days with a promise of delivery on the tracker on Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then Thursday. Then it disappeared on Friday off the tracker. When we called we spoke to a guy called Adrian. He became defensive and then we were on hold. He then stated that our fridge was damaged leaking black oil. What fridge leaks black oil????He is withholding our product in kunda park.I believe the reason it hasn’t been delivered is due to it not being there. Fell off the truck in transit???? No answers just black oil and we will not be delivering it.They have no legal right to keep the product we have paid for and it is not thier job to ascertain and withhold our product.Very concerning company to deal with.

Do not use this company - bad communication, over promised and under delivered,I was told they would deliver on a Friday, they rang on Friday and promised it would be Monday.When I rang on the Monday and enquired when my item would be delivered, I was dismissed in a very rude manner with no answers. When it did not show I rang again on the Tuesday after 4 phone calls, I found out my item was still at the depot and would be delivered the following day. I asked for it to be delivered between 6 am and 2.30 as we are a hospitality business, we got it it at 2.15. They really pushed it to the limit.I would recommend you do not use this company to deliver for you as it will reflect badly on your business.

I own a small business and get deliveries all the time. Often there are complications but with cope freight, I always have the same driver, Brendan, he is a champ. He always delivers on time, in the right location and even calls me as he arrives. Cope freight is the best delivery service I’ve used in the past two years. Thank you for not reposting drivers and allowing the employees to call customers. Keep up the great work.

Package arrived safely but communication was poor. No tracking available.

Not impressed there office has closed early and the freight that was promised to be delivered by 5pm had not arrived, wasted a whole day at home waiting for this to turn up….. will be ensuring that anything I order in future is not sent by COPE……. Completely useless……..

Was told delivery was on a set day, never arrived. Wasted 8 hours waiting for it on unpaid hours at location of delivery, when I could have had my day off tending to my very sick child. Tracking info is off, no ETA, no communication and the lady that rang me to confirm delivery the day prior was very rude and wouldn't let me explain where the truck had to go for delivery and what hours it had to avoid as it was for a school. Very unprofessional and will never recommend. Won't even use companies anymore that use this transporter company.

This company is the most inconsiderate and in competent delivery company I have ever dealt with. TWICE!Thanks for leaving my new tv where I asked for it to NOT be left In a area that just flooded. Also thanks for courtesy call 1 hour prior on my mobile. I will be sure that I and companies I work for don't use a useless company like yourselves. Well doneTo top it off, my father is disabled and can't get it upstairs. Big thumbs up from me.

Absolutely useless company. Waited over a week for a fast tracked package, Don't bother with tracking, they never update the consignment details. Don't bother emailing because they don't reply. Don't call because they're absolutely rude when they know they're in the wrong and can't provide a shred of information on your package. First and last time dealing with these guys

This is my third poor experience with COPE.The service they promise their customers is never fulfilled.Their phone staff blatantly lie to you about the where-abouts and progression of your shipment.COPE encompasses and regularly maintains the practice and proceedures of what a freight company should NOT do. STAY AWAY
