Fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish Gilpip were amazing to deal with, the end result is brilliant and couldn't recommend more their work and experience we had with them!

We were told so many scare stories of building your own home but we can honestly say that none of those were a reality for us due to Gilpip Homes.From the very beginning of the process, Christian listened to our wants and needs and guided us through the design concept stage with such patience and expertise.Laura was an absolute super star helping bring our vision to life with her absolutely awesome knowledge and design experience.And then the building process itself - easy, not at all stressful and just so enjoyable. Any issues were dealt with with such professionalism and with such ease. James and Zeke were always on hand to answer questions big or small. Even right up to the last day with Covid lockdown imminent, Zeke made sure everything was done to the highest standards.We feel so lucky to have been able to go through this amazing journey with such an honest, down to earth and genuine group of people. riginally, the agent stated that it would be completed by February, but they again postponed due to Covid, which I understand, but they keep changing the dates every month. I got no actual correct information.Agent shows me a completely different house with a different floor plan. This is very upsetting and annoying.I attempted to contact the agent, but it was extremely difficult. They don't even call back after 10 messages are left. This year, three agents have changed, leaving me in the middle of nowhere with no answers.

I noticed that the person who recommended works as the company's Assistant Director. I am not sure how many people were trapped like this.Many people complained about the builder to FT; the office is closed, but still his licence has been renewed recently; the builder and the agent are out there; beware.

From the very begging of our process building with gilpip homes it was a seamless experience.We designed a custom home with Christian who was absolutely fantastic at fulfilling our every need, also with the involvement of Dave and their in house drawers we were presented with our dream home.Nothing was too difficult for Laura who helped our vision come to life. We recently build a house with Gilpip homes in Beleura Hill and were referred by a friend that knew the owner. From the start it was a very smooth process, we always felt that we were in very capable hands. We had heard many disappointing stories of people building with volume builders and didn't want to go through one of those. With Gilpip the house was finished to exactly what we wanted, defects were minimal and rectified and we made changes and went on site lots during the build in which they were very accommodating. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We used Gilpip to design and build our new home in Flinders. The experience was top class from start to finish. Everyone in the company was easy to deal with and focused on creating the best outcome for us. The process ran smoothly, was on budget and on time. We ended up with a new home we love, it is different to any other place in Flinders and we love it. And judging from the comments we get from friends and neighbours, others love it to. Very happy.
