Techwell

Techwell have been great to work with ever since we installed our TIPT system, always very responsive and helpful. We recently made some system changes that were trickier than anticipated and Montanah was a real star! She was so persistent and patient making sure everything was working as intended for us, amazing customer service!

We have been using Techwell's services for approx 3 years. They have been fantastic, very prompt and professional service. Taking the pressure off us having to communicate with our phone service provider when there have been issues. Had a small equipment issue, Techwell rectified it ASAP. Highly recommend Techwell, Lindsay and all his team really are THE BEST.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Kirk from Techwell for many years now and he has been absolutely amazing. There have been times when we haven't been able to get results from anyone else (anywhere in the world) and Dave has been the man. We are so lucky that we have had him at the end of our phones when there has been an emergency, or even if we need new mobile phones. He is always so happy to help and actually gets things done. He always returns calls and emails and Techwell are really lucky to have him.

Our business was referred to Techwell by Telstra. They charges us 750% more for a telephone system than what we would have been able to purchase it outright. I do NOT recommend Techwell, or their suggested leasing partner. Shop around. You can get a much better deal and much better services elsewhere. eg MaxoTelecom

Our company is very happy with the level of professional service we have received from Techwell. We have recently had our new phone system installed, with great features, like Ad on Hold, which has been received really well by our customers. We have also had our NBN installation, with no issues. Chris Forrest is very dedicated and knowledgeable, and the follow up service from Brian, Amy and Sam with installation, customer care and training was very helpful. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Nathan O'Brien was very knowledgeable and guided me to the product that was best suited to me. I would recommend Nathan to everyone that needs to update their telecommunication services2 years on and Nathan helped me out again, going above and beyond. We've used Techwell to manage our business phones for several years. They are always helpful and friendly. We recently moved office and the technician Mitchell Chooi was very easy to deal with and Nathan O'Brien managed everything for us - including some unexpected issues caused by other factors.

Moved over to Telstra and was pleasantly surprised at the service we received from our Business Development Manager, Chris Forrest and Techwell, ensuring a smooth process during the installation of our new telephone system. With constant communication it has made the whole process a breeze. Always a pleasure to deal with companies with great customer service skills! Will definitely recommend!

We honestly can't praise Techwell enough for their installation and assistance with our new phone system at the club.Des, our technician, was friendly and incredibly efficient. The training with the staff was simple yet engaging, and he made sure no one was left in the dark. A few of us also did the 'advanced' training with him, and now we feel in control of our own phone system (which is a change for sure!).Jaime was also fantastic, checking in to make sure we were happy with the installation and following up later to make sure everything was working out well.Techwell obviously values quality customer service as much as we do, and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Techwell has been amazing with the installation of our new phone system at Olleys Orange. Not only are we saving $ with the new phone plan but the phone system itself is so much better - thanks Daniel! And Montanah has just been exceptional at co-ordinating the whole process, from scheduling the techs (our tech, Mitch was just brilliant - so friendly!) and organising installation, training etc - nothing was ever too hard for her and she kept us updated all along.
