I contacted Gareth to request a quote on resurfacing my pool and complete some landscaping work. He arrived late to the appointment however looked at the pool measured up and said he would get back to me with a price. I rang him at least a 2 or 3 times to follow up and he promised" to provided me with a quote which never came. Appalling Customer Service and such we will use others to complete our job"

The renovation has been done about 10 months ago and we are extremely happy with the result.Gareth professional advice helped me choose the right pool equipment and the right finish to the pool which we had tiled. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, The job was delivered on time and on budget. I can only recommend Gareth and his team from SPR.

I had an excellent experience while renovating my indoor, gas heated pool as always came out with very competitive pricing for good quality materials, good stock range and prompt service.Got installed an eQ18 Salt Chlorinator with Bluetooth App control (With PH Probe kit And Chlorine Sensor kit). Staff have fantastic knowledge of products and always happy to answer any questions an ongoing support.Excellent great customer service as staff have a great attitude. I certainly recommend them to anyone needing anything with regards to pools and spas.

I started building my swimming pool with another company and because I didn't have a good experience with them, had to terminate the contract early and after that, luckily, I found SPR and they finished my project quickly, professionally and with a reasonable price. Gareth, the owner of this business, went above and beyond to help me to fix some issues inherited from the other builder. SPR is Highly recommended.

One of the managers from this company revered into my parked car while attending a job at my neighbours house seriously damaging the side door and has continued to deny it to both police and insurance agency leaving me with an excess of $1300.I DO NOT recommend using this company as anyone with a hint of integrity would have left a note or come and knocked on the door.

They came to site to scope out the pool renovation work required. Never heard from them again regarding the quote, despite constantly asking via phone/email.
