The technician Cassandra was very helpful, with my questions. Yes I have to wait a couple of days for the part. But that's usually the way if they don't have it in store.Better than going to Samsung they will send your tablet away to be fixed. Who wants to give them their device for 2 or 3 days.No thanks Cassandra is better.

I had the charging port on my S21 fail. I was worried that I'd lose all my data if I took it to Samsung woth them typicaly factory resetting phones when repairing.So I brought my phone in afterwork and the guy had the part on hand and had it repaired before he closed for the day.I was very pleased with the speed he was able to complete the job.
