Drew is an amazing myotherapist. He has great knowledge of anatomy and just as important has the ability to find the sore spots and knows how to release them. He is after the best results for you and isn't just after your money.Highly recommended.

I've been to see Drew for a few years for a number of different sports injuries and after a fairly serious car accident, he has always been able to help me resolve my issues and has given me advice and tips for recovery. I can not reccomend him any higher and always send people I know his way for treatment. He is very professional. 11/10 would reccomend to anyone needing treatment.

I have not done any exercise for years, so was a bit scared to try something new.I am so very grateful to have started these classes in February with Ash.Ash is absolutely amazing, her ability to teach and making you feel so comfortable is exceptional.The classes are limited to a max of 6 so you get that one on one guidance, making sure you are doing the moves properly.I can’t thank Ash enough I feel absolutely amazing the best I have felt in years.Even during the COVID isolation Ash was so understanding and flexible so we could still do classes at home on Zoom.I look forward to my classes every week.If you are looking to try Pilates I can’t recommend Ash from Trigger Health enough.
