Our bowls club suffers from the same problem as most clubs. Acoustics. The members continually complain they cannot hear conversations. The hard surfaces on floors, walls and ceilings causes sounds to reverberate around the room. I contacted Rod from Sound Solutions for an answer to the problem. He said we needed 102 panels glue fixed to the ceiling. The volunteers at the club completed this recently. What a difference this has made to the acoustic in the club house. Probably a bit outside of their unusual scope - Rod did a great job soundproofing a sewer pipe that was unfortunately running through our office space. It's such a relief to no longer hear the aftermath of the toilet flush from those working above!The project was completed in a timely manner with clear, friendly communication throughout.
