Where do I start? I have lost count of how many property managers I have had since FNREB took over managing my property in November. Extremely poor communications, late with making payments into my account for my rental property 3 times this year, rental agreements signed on my behalf with incorrect details, no follow ups to questions I ask.....even my tenant has made a formal complaint!!

We had several property managers over a 12 month period. The last agent Breanna made it unbearable to get anything done. So many emails ignored when trying to follow up maintenance requests. We would call up and ask to speak to her and she was always busy, we were promised that she would call back by the end of the day and wouldn’t ever get a call back. When we finally called up an insisted that we would hold the line until she was done with her call/meeting, she pretended to not know about any of the emails we sent through. Later in that same conversation she slipped up and referenced an email she “didn’t get”.She eventually told us the owners had requested management handed back to them because they were getting the same treatment. As soon as we were dealing directly with the owners every maintenance request was sorted out within a couple weeks.Now that the owners have taken over the management and we have directed our rent payments to the owners directly, we keep getting demanding text messages asking for rent payment. We called and emailed the office and they said they would sort it out, as they were aware that the owners wanted to manage it privately. Surprise surprise… 10 days later and the automated text messages are still coming through demanding payment.I really hope they do some staff training or changes in the property management department, just following up on maintenance requests and replying to emails would go a long way.

Bree has been the property manager for my property. She was really proactive when our tenants were vacating and kept us up to date the whole time to secure us new tenants. Really glad we transferred our management to Bree.

I have been working with First National Broome since 2014 as their property photographer. They are extremely easy to work with and always very professional. The sales team are always willing to go that extra mile and ensure that their client’s homes are presented perfectly for sale.Additional to this, before I purchased my property, I was a tenant of a property managed by First National and I was extremely impressed with the level of care that the Property Manager went to for the owner.So as well as enjoying working with the team at First National Broome, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services for Real Estate Sales and Property Management.

Have been renting this property since 2018 and have always found the Property Managers to be wonderful. They listen to any concerns, and I believe, act in both the best interests of the Tenant and the Owner. Have never had a problem with contacting my Property Manager and they are always prompt in having any urgent matters attended to. I would have no hesitation in recommending First National Real Estate and in particular, Lynette Pope, who is a great asset to the team. I am a Property Owner as well and I do not get this level of service from my property manager in Perth. Well done First National.. Julie Dunne

Absolutely disgusting; this might sound like a weird thing to say in a review about a realestate agency, however the disgraceful behaviour shown by this business cannot be summed up in any other way. We dealt with about 7 employees during the term of our lease, and each was more hopeless than the last, each either quitting or being fired, then replaced with the next under trained, unqualified individual. It is difficult to say whether this behaviour is malicious or merely due to utter incompetence, however it is totally unacceptable. The stress and anger this business has riled up in the Broome community is unmatched, and all complaints fall on deaf ears. Avoid if you can!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They blatantly lie to their tenants, they avoid phone calls and e-mails and even pretend they are busy or not in the office when they are. They refuse to do repairs until you harass them for months. They attempt to make things so difficult that you give up. I had to put in a complaint to the ombudsman to get my bond back because they kept making up reasons why it hadn’t been returned over a month after moving out. As far as I can tell, everyone in that office is either completely incompetent or just a terrible person and a liar.Re: the response below, that is absolutely a lie. It took so long to get my bond back I’d started a complaint with the ombudsmen and that is when they finally paid me. I couldn’t even get a response for weeks they kept dodging my calls and said there was no one in the office when I stopped by. The response below is absurd.

Just want to say Thankyou to Bree and the team for sorting out our property when our tenants did a runner. Knowledgeable staff that know the process with court/insurances and gave us really great advice.
