From the moment I spoke to Tracy to having our garage door fixed and functional again the service was superb. Tracy had a technician at our place within half an hour of our conversation. It was late in the afternoon but she managed to check for parts and have someone out within 30 minutes! The technician was amazing and the whole service just outstanding! Called on Friday, my garage door motor had burnt out. Tracey was able to give me a quote on the phone. It was by far the cheapest quote, the biggest difference was $200, all using the same brand motor. They were ontime on Monday, quickly fixed. Everything was explained perfectly.

Tracy was very helpful on the phone. She was prompt with quotation and organised technician to be onsite asap. Gavin was the technician. On time, very professional and friendly. Pricing was decent too. Happy customer. Would use their service again in the future.

I don't know where to start with just how good this company is to deal with. In a nutshell - just use them and don't look elsewhere.Expanding further, my door spring broke unexpectedly. This is the second door spring to go (not the same door). GT fixed the previous one, so I reached out to them again. They were at my door within a few hours and under an hour later my door was fixed with a new spring. It is just so easy. No mucking around - just fixing.
