The best service NSW I have ever been to. Traveled from Sydney to Lithgow with family today to complete a knowledge test but unfortunately the system went down as we walked into the door. The ladies behind the counter were helpful about the situation and re -booked us for Monday. I also spoke to Service NSW today on the phone to Krishan whom i found helpful over the phone as well, much appreciated.

If I could give a minus rating I would,you are told to make an appointment so I did,,I turn up for the appointment & am told the lady has called in sick & noone else can help me,,they couldn't even be bothered to call me, overpaid useless staff.
