Helping hands is a wonderful place for kids to make friends and have fun especially in the holidays the excursions are great fun like museums and the farm, movies atd...My 5 and 7 year old boys can't wait to go back. I highly recommended Helping hands.

Helping hands is just their name, it is not their ethos though. They are only in it for government money.

The staff are wonderful and our son loves oosh. It really is an extension of the school and has a beautiful caring community feel. The staff are the best. Thank you

The fact I can’t even get a hold of them after 13 hours straight, all networks broken. Coordinators directing us back to a number that does work. About 30 emails sent. Oh my gosh, how are they looking after children.

Service hahaha more like lack of service, apparently not equipped to handle a adhd child who's medicated, yet my special needs daughter is fine, an absolute joke of a service especially at landsborough, if you want a place that will continually send or exclude your child, especially when your a single parent to 2 special needs children, and then they don't care even though the co-ordinator yells and screams at kids and sets then off more(and it's been reported to you by multiple other staff, yet according to their management it never happend after supposedly talking to other staff)
