Bad really bad. Go elsewhere. Bad really bad. Worst hair cut ever. A bad experience twice now. Young and so very unprofessional, it's all about them, nothing about the customer.Customer be aware, go else where.

This was my worst hair experience of all times.went in to colour and cut my hair.I had blonde hair with foils and wanted to go dark as it needs a lot of maintenance, but the hairdresser convinced me to do balyage instead to keep my beautiful blonde colour and she assured me everything will blend together and look good.after dying my hair it looked terrible, the colours were off, it looked worse than it was before, looks nothing like balyage, and the colours did not blend at all.to make it even worse the hair cut was not nice as well and didn't suit my face and looked nothing like what I wanted.I ended up buying a box hair dye and do it my self at home.I will never go there again nor will recommend this salon to anyone.

Amazing service and friendly staff, highly recommended to everyone. I had a lovely experience getting my my hair washed and blowdried by their amazing staff. Will not go to any other place!

Have been going to Blowout Hair Lounge Chester Hill for a few years and so has my mother. Amazing hair colourist Dima gets my hair colour right every time. White Blonde is hard to get & maintain .. my hair is fine & sensitive, and I’m incredibly particular about how I like my hair. She does a wonderful job & everyone always asks who does my colour & extensions..even my Melbourne friends want to travel to get the colour like mine. Dima & the team dont let me leave the salon unless I’m 150 percent happy and I always am. The girls at the salon are all beautiful characters & talented stylists. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Another cash only business, using dirty towels and different prices every time.Never give you the colour or style cut you request.Not worthy of going back again.

Had a good experience here today. Walked in with no appointment and was not expecting much. I hadn't been to a hairdresser in a long time and desperately needed my roots done and a hair cut. All the girls were busy the entire time cleaning the salon and preping the equipment in between clients. The salon is modern and clean. Patricia did a great job on my hair and i love the colour. Will be back again and recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks Patricia.

The worst place ever, They don't know the difference between a layer cut and trim.Very rude an unprofessional team. I tottaly don't recommend, it is only a cash business. They know how to steal your money rather then giving a good service.
