I didn’t like their attitude when you book with them. I booked an appointment with them before less than 24 hours and they didn’t tell me about the reschedule fees or cancellation fees. I have an emergency situation and they said you can reschedule just before 48 hours!!!! How does that make sense. I realized now why you asked people to write a reviews

I’ve had 8 times of my laser and today I finally got a staff called Alline that does it so well and so thorough! I was treated respectfully throughout the whole care and she kept asking if I’m comfortable. And the main thing is she does it thoroughly not just for killing the work time. The time she spent doing the whole 3 laser spots on me was doubled compared to the person I normally got. She only works weekends so I never saw her as my appointment was always Tuesday. Good laser care with particular staffs!

i’ve been coming to this clinic for years for laser hair removal and they’re fantastic every appointment.Recently I also got capillary removal around my nose, i’ve been to multiple other clinics for this and the treatment has failed, but after one session here they’re gone.Can’t fault them at all.

I received a rude telephone customer service from the staff member, Sarah as I was interested to book.she was Not professional with no manners to my query. So I book myself to another business.

MUST READ: be honest that I don’t even want to give this clinic one star for their poor quality of customer service. I want to share my experience of this clinic at Westfield Doncaster, so the business management can provide training to their staff on how to improve their customer service.I have been visiting this clinic about five times to book an appointment in the past, and I had to wait for more than 20-30 minutes to get a chance to talk to the staff to make an appointment. In the end of last year (2022), I still did not get the appointment done due to their staff reasons.Anyway, I finally booked an appointment for coming today to see a therapist at 9:30 am on 7/01/2023. This morning I finally arrived at my appointment at 9:34am at the reception, the girls handed over me a form for me to fill out, while I was completing the form at the waiting area, then I was shocked that girl walked to me and said the therapist has cancelled my appointment for being 4 minutes late.My disappointment is I have been wait for their staff ten times longer than 4,5 minutes in my previous visiting of this clinic. So my suggestion is if you expect your customers to be on time, then your staff should be on time for your customers as well.As customers we try to be understanding with the staff’s all sorts of circumstances or reasons, but your staff should also equally understand the situation of your customers, we have been put our other things on the side, and driven all the way to your door to purchase your services but you just simply cancelled it over few minutes been late. Then I have to say: this kind of organisation behaviour and culture is very unhealthy for the business, and you won’t last long!I agree with the other customers, It’s time to look for another laser clinic.

Had the pleasure of being cared for by Aileen, I had such a good experience, she was caring, friendly and utmost professional at my service. I highly recommend this clinic - I've used them multiple times, the technology is amazing!

My nurse was Tegan. She was super welcoming and friendly. She made me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous about my treatment, talked me through the process and discussed all my options with me. Extremely professional and I’m very happy with my result! Would definitely recommend this clinic. I will be a return client for Tegan.
