A regular supporter of the St Ives Pattison's, I was appalled when we purchased a Ricotta cake today that was off, then to go back to be advised by a man, who ignorantly said what do you want me to do" and did nothing to replace the cake

I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with worse customer service than I have prior to when I thought I’d this place a go. To make matters worse, apparently it was the owner who has no knowledge of customer service, didn’t help that their coffee is on par with 7 Eleven at best. Horrendous.
