To the Jezman Constructions team – thank you so much for our new home!We are very happy with the result. Construction started in January 2018 and it was all finished by mid-August 2018. That was amazing result considering the complexity of the project: an architecturally-designed, three-storey house on a sloping site with flooding issues. They made us feel that the whole process was so easy. We highly recommend Jezman Constructions as a building company.We were very impressed with the outstanding project management during the construction. The project went very smoothly; all the contractors were efficient, punctual; there were always works at the site. The house was built two weeks earlier than what was estimated in the contract.We are delighted that Jezman Constructions is so reliable. Everything was completed as they said they would, when they said they would do it.We were pleased that the costs were thoroughly stipulated in the contract. The cost outlined in the original contract, excluding our own optional variations, was exactly what we paid. We really appreciated it, especially considering the complexity of the project; fixed contract price gave us a peace of mind.We loved the flexibility we had. This was why we chose Jezman Constructions in the first place. Even though we also received quotes from larger companies, we wanted to be able to change something if we wished. With Jezman Constructions, were able to install the flooring, buy our own tiles and some of the plumbing supplies, and this freedom to furnish with the specifications we wanted meant a lot to us.During the whole construction process, the communication was excellent. All our emails were answered within 24 hours and to the point. That made us feel like we were heard, and like our opinions were valued.We were impressed with the great team Jezman Constructions has. The company has built a relationship with excellent subcontractors, and they themselves had high opinions about the company and its positive reputation within the industry.Finally, there was great attention paid to the details. The quality of the finishes was very impressive – we have received so many compliments!When the building was finished, there were a few issues, but these were all resolved timely and professionally; Jezman Constructions stands behind their work.We feel the company has a great future; we would recommend it as a great building company.

Jezman Constructions van was really courteous to me on my bike, when heaps of other cars were being rude and dangerous. Anyone who behaves like this must be great, and probably a lovely man to do business with. Definitely first on my list when we get into our renovations.
