Cessnock Multipurpose Children’s Centre

I attended Dudley street was I was little (25 hrs ago) even though it wasn’t our closest daycare/preschool I wanted my son to attend the same centre I did. I loved safety feature of needing a special tag to enter the centre so no one can enter at any time. The staff are all friendly and just down right amazing. The playground is beyond amazing my son loves it so much! It’s very sad for my son to be leaving and heading ti big school! We are going ti miss everyone so much.

Quite disappointed in this daycare. I have always had nothing but good things to say about this place but from now on will not be saying good things. If it is in your policy that all sick children must have a 48 hour exclusion period from the school this might want to be conveyed to parents upon collection of said sick child. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to find out the morning of dropping a child off 15 minutes before i'm due to start work that they are not allowed at school due to this policy. Would have been nice to know this WHEN I PICKED THEM UP!However, they do not have an issue with their siblings attending the school??? Explain the logic behind this when they live together and share a room together? Exclusion period for one but not the other? Bravo, Bravo

The office staff have no people skills and are very difficult to deal with, the rudness when you let them know your child is sick for the 6th time in 4 weeks this time with influenza and pneumonia and they could not care any less (even though he caught it from their school). One or two of the educators at the preschool are great and care about the children the rest it's just a job they have no passion for what is best for the children.

This is such a great childcare centre all the staff are lovely and the educators are amazing and will help extra with the children to help them fit in with other kids to make friends. Also great play equipment and a great healthy food for the kids!!! My kids always have a great day at daycare at this centre.

Really bad customer service

I cannot fault CMCC. The staff are beautiful, very understanding and friendly.The service provided is extremely professional. CMCC helped my 2 year old come out of his shell, being a child that hated daycare when he first started, to now being excited about going to daycare! He loved all of his educators; especially Selena from Occasional Care. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for care in the Cessnock area.
