Shop is well run by Pim and quality of massage is excellent. Massage area is generally just curtained off rather than rooms but there is one vip room with a door. Best to ring and book an appointment. The low rating is only because of the poor attitude and utter lack of customer service shown by a grumpy young and relatively inexperienced (<1yr) masseuse called Jen who i have been allocated a few times now so it wasnt just a one off experience.

Got recommended this place by a couple of people and they are great! I’ve been back a few times. If you after strong pressure then this is the place for you.

My daughter in-law & grand son had both been to Smiling Thai massage & recommended this to me.I have had chronic lower back trouble & regularly suffer with migraines. I have been going fortnightly over 2-3 months & my flexibility has improved greatly & have far less discomfort.I have seen the one lady, which I think is an advantage as they know your problem areas. All the staff seem really good & friendly.

Incredible and amazing, very good traditional Thai massage pressure was accurate left feeing very amazed of standard. Would say to anyone who needs a fantastic massage go here.

100% recommended. Went there for the first time as a walk in. My massage therapist stretched me, did some minor joint manipulation, trigger point work, remedial massage and ended it with a relaxing head massage. I have chronic pain issues so I am used to seeing physios etc on a weekly basis and I must say that this was more than just the relaxing massage I went in there for, I walked out with a lot of kinks out of my body. At one point there were three lovely massage therapists working on me. Definitely my forever massage place!

Very disappointing!! I went for a nice relaxing massage, i said not to walk on back cause I have injuries (disc replacement), then the young girl proceeded to walk on my back. Then I asked specifically for my left side and she did everything but I then kindly ask just to focus on my neck then she did everything but!! Whilst this was going on the couple in the room next door were talking loud and laughing and carry on the whole massage! I told the girl I didn’t want to go on and I wanted my money back the gave me half back!! Terrible service don’t waste your money.
