Air Advantage

Excellent service I had given up on getting any decent service in Batemans Bay and had taken to buying on line but since experiencing the amazing service from the team at Air Advantage I will keep dealing with them.. They couldn't do enough to help me when I had a problem which by dealing with them I was able to go and get my problem sorted locally.

Firstly I liked Roy and his Team, But I soon found out that there prices for parts are 30 percent dearer than off the internet. As a extremely poor pensioner I was promised by the team I would be looked after. During hard times for myself. My machine was playing up and found out I had a leaking hose. When I got a quote I was shocked at the price. $62 I paid for one from a reputable supplier ( retail) and Air Advantage price was $90. This difference in price is massive when your a disability pensioner. I was willing to meet them half way to keep our good relationship but they were not willing to budge and quite rudely replied. I also discoved that the resmed 10 has various design faults including a water tank which leaks after about 12- months of use, and is extemely common which Air advantage failed to tell me of this manufactures fault, Under heating and cooling the plastic stretches and the seal between the aluminium plate and the plastic slowly comes away, I have read close to 400 reviews of this common problem. - It may or may not be Air Advantages Fault, but they should be honest and notify customers or sell a better quality product.

Cannot rate Roy and his team at Air Advantage highly enough. From first call to last service you are always treated with professionalism and honesty and Roy couldn't do enough to ensure his customers are satisfied and looked after. Keep up the great work guys. The service you provide changes lives through sleep.

An absolutely brilliant company to deal with from your first sleep assessment, choosing the right machine for you and through to after sales service. Could not live without my cpap machine now ... Thanks Roy and staff

Superb service from Linda. Sleep assessment was easy to do - they wire you up so you aren't left to do this on your own like some places do. Linda was helpful and answered all my queries, adjusted the CPAP during my 4 week trial to make sure I got the right pressure. Am now sleeping very soundly!! Highly recommended

Went in to the Nowra storee to buy a new mask but was all too difficult for the woman there. Ended up walking out and walked down the street to receive much better service at the opppsition.

I first started using CPAPS machine in 1997. Was serviced by a company in Canberra. Since moving to Batemans Bay 3 years ago I have been serviced by Air Advantage Batemans Bay Team they are a breath of fresh air. All the team know there products I use Resmed and it is a little gem. My husband was diagnosed with sleep aphena at the beginning of the year and he also goes to the team. We go away and have power converters for our machines and they don't skip a beat. We use both solar power and town supply while we are away.I can strongly recommend Dr Air Advantage Batemans Bay Team to anyone who needs Sleep aphena treatment.
