I spent over $100 while pushing a pram at no point during the transaction at the register was I asked if I needed a bag and there was a price. At the end of the transaction I asked for a bag as I knew it would be difficult to navigate to the car, her response was oh they are .15c considering we live a cashless society I didn’t have spare change on me. I understand there is a cost, however educate and train your staff accordingly if I was asked if I needed a bag I would have said yes and been happy to pay.

We had asked a lady named Neenah to hold on to some items for us, first of all she was not listening to us and kept interrupting. We had to continuously ask her if she could hold on to some items while we urgently needed to go somewhere and she finally said okay to holding the items.We came back 25 mins later, all the stuff was gone and put away although we had asked her to hold them for us. Horrible customer service by her.

We'll set out. Easy access for all including wheelchairs and walkers. A wonderful range of everything from cosmetics to clothing. Some great bargains, however buy it when you see it, what's on the shelves is all the stock they have. Most staff are friendly and easy going.
