Mati and his team moved my in-laws furniture from Sydney to Newcastle, their service was of high standard they communicated well and arrived in the allocated time frame that was discussed, they were able to manoeuvre their truck into tight areas with precision and care, they were organised efficiently dropping the correct items to a storage container and the rest to the family home , it was a very long day yet they worked constantly and tirelessly till the job was complete, all items remained in tact, I highly recommend such a high performing removalist team.

We had a quote just days prior to moving for 3-4 bed house + garage +outdoor furniture & small shed & pot plants (+ 5 very large potted palms)We are in our 70s and my husband is disabled and on crutches.It started ok with 5 men but 5 hrs later still loading + settlement time arrived along with still loading! Then our buyers' 2 very large trucks arrived with their furniture and hell broke loose.After further 1.5 hrs the buyers demanded our truck be removed immediately as they had still not finished!Ultimately they then had to get our things removed onto the driveway! THEN buyers removalists helped my husband to move pot plants out of the way which were left in front of neighbours garage by our removalists . Our removalist had now left.Buyers trucks came in with our plants still waiting as well!. Our Removalist owner said they had to come back next day! Also demanded another $600! to come back!. So stressful. More expense! Our other things just disposed (onto driveway were expensive Cook-oo-clock, wall Paintings and other things too many to mention.Then towards the end the some things on truck at our new property were just left anywhere and good things found in garage & then discovered some removalist putting things eg garden tools empty ceramic garden pots out of truck straight onto prev owners rubbish outside for council collection.We also realised on the day Marti (owner) must have hired trucks for the job as it was marked with rental company name!We were told wall pictures & furniture would be wrapped but were not. Found small dent on our 12 mth old fridge!It was a total disaster and looking back a very bad decision to hire him and pay for such a bad job.

Mati and the team are something special! The calmness under pressure and sheer professionalism are just some of the qualities these guys embody. We simply couldn't have done it, if it wasn't for Mati's responsiveness in additional to the ability to make us feel confident that he would take care of us under really tight timeframe for the move (not to mention the amount of work that was ahead of us). They are all such a great and fun team! They sing and carry tones of stuff with such lightness and ease! We feel privileged we met these guys. Awesome service

The boys were very reliable and delicate with all our items. They arrived early and stayed late to ensure all items were safely delivered. You can tell they are professional and take pride in their work.Definitely recommend to anyone needing a removalist!!
