I went in there this morning to break a 20 dollar note (What I mean is buy something and receive the amount of change I actually need) because the atm near it only gives 50 or 20 dollar notes. The lady that served me is awesome and I reccomend coming here to all of my friends who need to get petrol because the customer service is awesome. And I know good customer service when I see it as I volunteer at a Salvos Store where great customer service is required.

got petrol here, store was clean and tidy, person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Did find it a bit difficult to leave the pump as quite a sharp turn (our car has no power stearing)

Very disappointed.... I fill up at this location almost fortnightly on Monday nights between 10.30 to 11pm.... I got there tonight at 10.10pm to find a locked shop door and the attendant was talking to us through the phone into a small speaker... he then proceeded to announce that it was pre-pay and although I wanted the pumps unlocked so I could fill up he refused.. never have I been made to pre-pay and if it continues to be common I will take my business elsewhere

Great staff reliable follow the safety regulations as they should and reasonably price fuel..........to the guy making the remark about his hand stuck in the door . i was there when he claimed it happened. his hand was no where near the door and when the guy asked him to sign in three or four times the didn't say a thing and just walk away he was an arrogant a## !

My favourite Bowser. Prices are in the low competative range on especially Mondays and Tuesdays; and reasonably good too on Saturdays and Sundays.Further, they apply a 4¢ per litre off the established price on any day, for members of the Royal Automobile Club (RAC).

I got petrol but had forgotten that I had spent my money earlier..I was so embarrassed but the process was pretty easy and I got a text with a link to pay within 24 hours..it was really easy and I was so grateful

Great, convent little store. One thought comes to mind though in the times I have been there. To everyone complaining about prepay, The nightshift are only doing their job as there are instructed to and I can tell you from experience it is not just one bad person that can ruin it for everyone, drive offs can cost petrol stations thousands of dollars a month And normally only do prepay as a last resort measure. I personally found the main nightshift guy that works at puma merriwa, to be Fair and ask everyone from 9 pm to prepay as it has been prepaid( from memory) for 3 or 4 years now. Most of the staff I have come into contact with have been friendly,fair and quick.
