The staff do an excellent job, they offer a great range of glasses and because of the specials being offered we got an excellent price too.

Went to get an updated prescription for lenses. The optician (Dieu Tran Le) was excellent - very good people skills and both updated my lens prescription and checked my eyes. I have not yet decided on the frames and details of the lenses which I will get, but the sales staff were very helpful with providing details for me to take away, and were not pushy. Pleased that I went to this store for the lens updated and checkup.

Their phones were down when I had my appointment but that didn't stop them from doing their job. They were thorough and explained every detail. Was very satisfied with their service.

Professional, kind and patient. I felt comfortable and in good hands, even though I suffer from PTSD. I didn't feel that the young lady technician was rushing me, nor was focused on pushing towards purchasing new glasses, but was genuine in focussing on the health of my eyes. I would recommend Laubman and Pank at Ingle Farm for optical issues.

Wasn't very impressed when I had contacted them half an hour prior to booked appointment to advise could be running a tad late as the appointment was for my mother. As a courtesy call and Explained that my mum had Major Surgery just last Wednesday and she can't walk fast from the car being 74 and having her glasses lost on the day of her surgery, she was having trouble seeing as well. Well I Was told that pending on what time we arrive they may say need to reschedule. So I was expected to still get her there only to be turned away that we might be 10 to 15 minutes late as well as making my mother walk over exert herself. Well I then contact OPSM explained the situation and made a booking also explained may be late considering circumstances I then As courtesy contacted laubman and said won't get there in time then had someone nice as pie say well we have had a cancellation  so come in now if you can. At this point I was furious! Was given attitude when I initially gave a courtesy call to cancelling then being told if you can still come come. NO THANKYOU is what I thought. You guys have lost a customer! Karma. People should have grace and compassion especially when explained the circumstances.

Kha Dinh is very professional and thorough in examinations, recommends best solutions for the problems. I really appreciate his professionalism. All other staff is also very cooperative, guided me well on the products and pricing, available discounts.

Eye test which is covered by Medicare was thorough and good, staff friendly. However the choice of frames on display where very small and only had minimal pairs in the $99 range so I had to look at frames in the $149 which left me with a reasonable size gap to pay after my provider payment. In conclusion get your scrip there and shop for glasses at another store....
