I joined this group five years ago, and still love it. There's a place for everyone here, of all ages and at all stages of their own fitness journey, and everyone is treated to the same level of support, individual attention, and encouragement. Suzie and her trainers have a great wealth of knowledge and are always updating the program to keep it evidence-based, and to keep it fresh and motivating. Super friendly crowd, lots of laughs, bad trainer jokes, and the odd night at the pub. What's not to love?

Great comraderie makes training social and fun. Sessions go quick and the trainers are awesome. Love going for coffee afterwards. Training always tailored to individual needs and I have noticed a great improvement in my strength and commitment to exercise. Give it a go. It's worth it in so many ways.

I never thought i would be at the front of the pack, but this morning I turned the corner into playfield street ahead of the rest and I felt the exhilaration of what i am, of the the thing i never imagined I could be. I don't know you, but i want for you what was gifted to me the day I said yes" to outdoor activeCheaper than a convertible and less work than a lover. Five stars. Do it and never look back.
