I highly recommend this company!When I purchased the product and install service from The Good Guys, the service was picked up by this company. We needed to get our oven and rangehood replaced.To begin with, The Good Guys were really uncommunicative about the whereabouts of the rangehood but behind the scenes Charmaine from Bay Region Plumbing was trying to chase that up for us. Really above and beyond what she needed to do for us. It took 2 months to get a rangehood and Charmaine was really supportive and flexible during that time.Next was install day, and Wes and his apprentice got more than they bargained for when they removed our old appliances and saw that was had been done originally was dodgy and lacking. It could have been something really stressful for us but Wes took care of it, no problem.Overall they were painless to deal with, punctual, friendly, professional and I'm very happy with the outcome.
