HIGHLY RECOMMENDIn a middle of a heatwave I had a top radiator hose leak. I had 2 kids under 3 in the car.It was getting really hot trying to wait for the car to cool down and stressful with kids in the car.Excellent service and family orientated. They squeezed us in on an already busy Friday afternoon and fixed within minutes to make sure our kids were safe and not sitting in a hot car.Forever grateful for you.

The boss went out of his way to help me this morning when I needed a wheel alignment on my Hilux ute. Considering they were very busy which is more than I can say for the mecanics across the road, and also the tyre depot just down the road. Jaxx tyres can do" the others can't do. I know where I will take my business from now on."

Great service I will be going back to these guys again. Upon arrival at 8 am there were already 5 people in front of me. I handed the key over and within 5 minutes they were already working on my car. It was clearly evident that this place is very popular with the amount of customers that came in after me and with the phone continually ringing with enquiries.Highly recommend.Thank you

Had a wheel alignment done there and not sure it was done properly; the steering wheel is now off-centre when the car is driven in a straight line - if nothing else shows it was not road tested after the alignment. Road test I have found has always been done at other tyre shops. Apart from that, most of the staff there are ok to deal with, except for one of them - who is impatient and short with customers; problem is, he is the first point of contact at the reception desk. Very unlikely I shall be going back. I am used to better service at other outlets.

Amazing customer service. The team went above and beyond and I can see why they are so highly recommended. I was worried about some noises my car was making and they thoroughly checked it over and couldn't find anything of concern. To me, this showed how trustworthy they were. The team fine tuned the car and it's feeling great.
