Went to collect my parcel and the pregnant lady at the counter was very short and rude with me. She insisted to look up the tracking on her phone said it was for her work that she had to even though I had it open for her to view already. Parcel wasn't there to collect even though I was advised it was there that day to collect. Very unhelpful lady and bad customer service. If she worked for me, she wouldn't have a job.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was informed by the customer collecting the parcel that the person working at this Cignall store wouldn’t give the parcel over without the tracking number above. The 12 digit number. The parcel was in the persons hand.. that’s ridiculous. I will certainly be letting sendle and Fastway know not to use your store as a destination location to collect parcels because I’m sure this is an ongoing issue with other customers as seen in the reviews. I’m honestly disgusted in the service I received and my customer received from your store. Pathetic.

Went to collect s parcel from them; the lady was rude rather than helpful, and impatient and rude. Went back on Saturday morning with the card to collect it, and the guy showed up an hour later than the times in google AND the times on their window. We had a coffee and decided to wait as we figured they were running late, but really an hour?
