Great experience had yesterday by qualified staff member PETER. After going all places to try and find a certain drill bit, PETER was outstanding in customer support and trying to help me with the issue and even asking me details into the job I was tackling....Also his knowledge in the Makita battery drills was higher than anyone I have spoken to in the past. I'd like to recomend PETER to anyone who goes into the store at meadow springs as he proved customer service is still a thing these days....he went far and beyond to help me choose this year's makita kits for my bussiness. I have made several purchases at TKD. Several items today. THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. I was served both yesterday and today by SILVER and it would surely be impossible to get any better. I am retired but I was a successful retail manager for over 27 years.

Amazing team at Mandurah with an extensive range. Very small range of hand tools eg. Sockets spanners speciality tools ratchets . And still no accounts for non abn holders, big disadvantaged to tradesmen.Very friendly and thoughtful staff.

They've got alot of good stuff, but holy heck you're staff need to communicate with each other a bit more, being asked if I need a hand 7 times within 5 minutes feels pretty aggressive, so awkward when you're the only customer in the shop haha
