Pokery isles and stock is disjointed, does not flow between like commodities. Staff block the aisles with big trolleys either replacing stock or fulfilling online shopping. and make it difficult to negotiate.The aisles are too narrow, stock is packed too high or too low for older people to see and pick.

Direct to boot service provided by Cameron was simply not good enough. Try lodging a complaint 45 minutes wait time I suspect as people will just hang up and not bother. Try phoning the landline forget it , it rings until it cuts out.

always dirty and disorganised, apple cores and banana peels left in aisles, saw a worker put vegetables that had fallen on the ground back in with the other ones, frequently find rotten food or food with bugs in it. just lazy.

Absolutely a big disgrace from management and some some staff that they couldn’t organise a farewell morning tea gifts etc for a staff member that worked there 28 years very poor and no appreciation

Was looking for an edition of Fresh magazine which had a recipe I was interested in.None anywhere so I asked staff. Three memebers scurried off in search. None found but the manager I think looked it up on the computer and printed it off for me.First class service.Thank you to all three.I hope the manager reads this and identifies the staff involved for due congratulations.

Always a warm welcome and smile, especially when I buy meat from the delicatessen, very friendly and knowledgeable staff members
