We recently visited Cairns for the first time and we were so excited to see there was a Ben and Jerry's. You guys didn't disappoint at all. The staff are sooo lovely. One night we were there, we recently had some bad news and came for ice cream to cheer ourselves up. It made a really big difference speaking to the really friendly staff. I know how hard customer service can be, so major props to them for doing such a good job.We came back three times, and each and every time, we left very happy. Ice cream is also obviously delicious. :)

Waited in line to get served, but the ice cream portions were very small - 2 scoops of ice cream were less than the height of the cone - so decided to go to another ice cream place that has 31 flavours and bigger scoops - sorry B&J but it was a rip off. A soup spoon would have given bigger serves

I’m very late to post this but in may 22 my partner and I visited cairns and stopped off for some ice team to fulfill my pregnancy cravings. The team member who served us and I wish I knew her name was amazing! Her customer service was next level, she was patient whilst my cravings changed their mind on every flavor and gave us a lot of ideas on things to do and see whilst visiting.

Ben& Jerry's Cairns was just the place we needed after walking most of the day sightseeing in Cairns.We've tried their offerings previously and were glad to see this franchise here, quality is always one of the best and service was prompt and efficient.We would rate this one of the better ice cream places to get your fix.Highly recommended.

Ben and jerry’s is finally in Cairns! Not too many special flavors to choose though, tried the berry berry and pineapple sorbets and a chocolate ice cream, all tasted good! The only problem is the serving was way tooooo small compared with the other ice cream or gelato shops here. 3 (small) scoops for almost $10 was not cheap either.

I was served by this young girl with long dark hair. She made me and my daughter feel very welcomed. I was able to test as many flavours as I chose to. I asked if it was ok for her to grab a fresh dipped cone as the cone in the display case didn’t look too fresh she did this with no hesitation. When it came to paying for ice creams I was informed about the rewards program and she filled me in on everything I need to know and signed me up on the spot. Her service was great and I have been here before multiple times and there’s no doubt this has been the best service yet.(Monday 7-3-22)

What an experience! Great service and Joe was amazing. I learned a lot from him about the history of the company & the backstory to some of the ice-creams, which was really interesting! The ice-cream was also super creamy & delicious. I highly recommend dropping by!

Super friendly team members and tastings are available. I came on a Monday night and the place was sadly empty, but the ice cream was delicious! There are old favourites and new ones you haven’t tried. There’s also a big freezer with take home tubs. Having also been to the Vermont factory where the serving sizes are big and generous I do agree with some of the other reviewers that the scoop sizes here are a bit on the mean side. Tasted great though!
