Last year my wife and I bought Veloctrix EB. So far we are happy with the EB. We have taken the bike up to Port Douglas which we attached the bike on the back of our motorhome. It is a great and fun bike at reasonable price. When we bought the bike, I think his name is Dave. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even delivered the bike to our house twice. First time when we bought the bike and the second was after the first serviced. I recommend Canberra Electric Bike in Franklin ACT especially if Dave is still working at the shop.

David converted my bike into an e-bike in May 2019, using a Lekkie battery pack.The bike has been very reliable, the battery is easy to charge and can easily last for my commute to work, which is about a 40km round trip.David did a good job tying up the cables with cable ties. Very neat. I did have a problem with my crank falling off mid-ride though, which happened a couple of weeks after the conversion.I haven't taken the bike to be serviced yet, so I can really comment on the after sales service.

Excellent and friendly service. Nothing was to much trouble and we are really enjoying our new bikes. It was such a relief to be able to ask questions in a bike store without being made to feel silly. We highly recommend you visit David at his store in Franklin.

I bought my e-bike here as it's near where I live and I wanted after sales service. I have taken my back twice since getting it. Once for a flat tire which they repaired free of charge!, plus put some preventative liquid in the tube against future punctures and the second time for an after sales general check and tighten up. I highly recommend this store and the after sales service. Thank you gentlemen.

Very impressed with the electric bike I bought last week. I love taking my toddler along for rides in the child trailer, but I was finding the steep hills to get home far too challenging. The electric bike has completely changed that. It handles the steep parts easily. The bike offers five levels of assistance, but I find level 3/4 is ample help for even the toughest sections. Thanks!

Purchased my first ebike from Canberra Electric Bikes last year and have clocked up over 2000k since. Weighing almost 120kg I was concerned that I might break the Smart Motion e20 folding bike but David’s experience proved worthwhile, making my expensive purchase (my first bike in the 1960s was very cheap!) a great buy. I love it and hope to keep cycling for many years. The service at Cookies Cycles has been first class.

The bike was a gift for my husband’s birthday and the owner helped me surprise him by delivering it to my place after hours while my husband was at the gym.So a big thank you to David. My husband was very surprised and excited. I appreciate that you took time out of your evening to make it memorable for him.Canberra Electric Bikes/ Cookies also do maintenance and servicing of the bike.
