Nice golf shop around the area. Matt is very nice and helpful to show me the cool stuff and latest technology although I am just a beginner. Happy to come back again once I made up my mind to get a full set.

After a disappointing experience at the Stanmore Drummond Golf, I had such a fantastic experience with the team at Northmead. They Immediately greeted me politely and asked me what I was looking for. Offered me to test the the clubs I was looking at and when I said I was interested in getting fitted, there were no hesitations and the team went above and beyond for me. I felt acknowledged and accepted and listened to as a beginner to the game. The guys at the Northmead store helped me buy my very first set and some other goodies to get me going, so I'm very grateful for their help and their exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend them and will be back for all my future gear!

I just started playing golf after being a sponsor for charity golf where I tried to hit the ball, missed 4 times before actually hitting it but twesting the knee. That's when I decided I will learn the sport. So I went to Drummond golf where I was prepared to be laughed at as I always believed golf is a sport for snobs. Stephanie and Chris who is the franchise owner made me feel at home and instead of selling me the goods they helped me buy what was right for me. I had googled everything before I went there so I thought I knew what I need. How wrong was I. Now I am taking lessons every Wednesday at this place and loving it.

The boys at Northmead Drummond were unreal. Being a walk in there wasnt an immediate fitting appointment available but Alex took the time and with his knowledge started sizing me up for a set. Ended up hitting some balls in the SIM and was shown a wide variety of clubs and shafts. Built a nice set of clubs with Alex's help. Great time and would always return to Northmead for further golf needs

Drummond Golf Northmead exceeds all expectations.Today my husband and I visited Drummond Golf Northmead to seek a new golf set. Upon our feet touching the store we were greeted by the team with an energetic and friendly great. To express an eager to help attitude, Lance walked up and offered his assistance. From then on he didn't not leave our side until we were completely satisfied with the products we intended to purchase. Lance went above an beyond by asking effective questions to clarify what items my husband wanted. Luckily for us we had Josh from Callaway in-store to provide customer's a personalised club fitting. Lance jumped right at the opportunity and organised time with Josh. As the appointment was later in the day, we left and came back. When we arrived to a pleasant surprise Lance made himself available to continue with his personalised service so we did not repeat ourselves with another member. This displayed great commitment! We can see Lance was an outstanding team member as regulars would come by and say hello.I would like to express our gratitude by acknowledging Lance as he is an exceptional team member!In saying this, the store as a whole has great moral and has the ability to lift the spirits of their customers.If you require any golf items I would highly recommend this store or even just to brighten your day. Although my husband is the golfer, I cannot wait to visit again and this time utilise their golf simulator.

My recent customer experience from Will has been exceptional. On the day he was very helpful and gave great advice. He has given me constant communication regarding an order I have placed. I have had bad experiences in the past in this store but service seems to be much improved. Well done Will.

Justin from Drummond Northmead helped me test various shafts and was very helpful. Ended up consistently finding centre and hitting my longest drives without even trying. Extremely happy with my new driver, big swing is a lot of fun too.

Wow, after being left sour with the fitting at powergolf Alexandria. I was hesitant to even go for a new fitting. I called before and explained to a team member (Alex) that I'm relatively new to the game and have inherited a driver and would like to make a few adjustments with the current driver i.e new grip and maybe shortening. Alex understood my needs and never pushed me to make a purchase as incoudlnt justify an expensive purchase atm. We went a head with a new grip and club shortening. I also learnt a lot about my swing and he suggested the type of shaft that will suit my swing. I came out learning something. Will definitely be seeing Drummond northmea dwhen I make a new purchase. Thanks guys!
