What an absolute joy it was to deal with Kelsey & Darren from The Spit Roast Company. They made our night even better than we had anticipated. The food was sensational. Their service levels and attention to detail was simply outstanding. They worked quietly and diligently in the background and were so responsive to our needs.From the first contact right through the whole process Kelsey made everything just so easy. It was a pleasure doing business.I would have no hesitation in using them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone who was looking for a catered event. They are truly 5 stars.. The spit roast was beyond amazing and the perfect match for our Luau party. Not only was the pig so delicious that it just melted in your mouth, it was also beautifully presented that it was almost a shame to eat it....but we didn't waste any time tucking in. The salads were amazing too. They were so professional, on time, easy to work around and amazing fruit carving skills. I am now looking for more opportunities to use you again. We have recently had 35+ guests in our garden to celebrate a significant birthday for my wife.We were so glad that we chose The Spit Roast Company to provide their whole roast pig option for our lunchtime party.They arrived promptly and setup the buffet without fuss, leaving us to welcome our friends.All of the guests commented how good the roast pork and accompanying salads tasted. Nearly all of them had a second helping.While we partied on, they packaged up all the remaining food for us and then left us to enjoy the remainder of the evening.Mat & Chris

The team were helpful and turned up ready on the day to make our occasion special. We organised a roast meal for lunch and it was lovely with great crackling on the pork and a nice gravy. Great veg and salads. A nice afternoon was had by all and the spit toast team made it very easy. Great value for money. I would book them again.

Great food and professional service from Kelsey and the team. We had a large group of 70 and the Spit Roast Company Sunshine Coast prepared an antipasto grazing table, full buffet main meal, and dessert buffet. Food was fabulous, everyone had a great time. Kelsey and the team are incredibly hard working. I had to alter the menu slightly to include some gluten free options that was no trouble at all. Highly recommend!

We had Kelsey and her team catering our wedding in April 2021.The food was DELICIOUS, well presented and plenty of it.One of the biggest hits of the night was the pasta bake. The next day we were almost fighting over who finished off the left overs. When you hire Kelsey and the spit roast company you MUST have this on your menu.The week before the wedding the greater Brisbane area went into another 3 day lockdown.Without any prompts from me, Kelsey called me the next day, having already contacted the government to clarify rules etc for our wedding. She told me all about the effects on our wedding, which were minimal, and reassured me that she had everything under control. Her confidence and knowledge was a huge relief.Basically my husband and I can’t recommend them highly enough.Lesley and Toby

We had a pig on a spit for our Christmas Party and it was superb. These guys were easy to deal with, offering suggestions to make our night better and were thoroughly professional. The pig was very tasty and tender and loved by all..Highly recommended if you want something that everyone will enjoy and you don't have to worry abut cooking.

We had Kelsey from The Spit Roast Company cater for our 40th birthday. They answered all questions we had and were easy to communicate with. They just knew what we wantedThe service and food was spectacular, and buffet was amazing. All my guests raved about the flavours and how entertaining the live carvery was.I highly recommend these guys, and would get them again.
