950am still waitingUpdate. 1030am and I was asked to wait more, after you open over and hour late.The older man who is usually lovely isnt here and I cant help but feel this would have been managed better by him.After nearly 3 years, I will not be treated like this, il be taking my business to maitlandDisappointed to say the least

I have been going to this Owners Nail Salons for well over 10 years from Pearl Nails in Charlestown to Golden Nails in Cessnock and now Apple Nails in Singleton. Still the same great service and perfect nails each time. Fantastic pricing and no appointment needed.

My experience has always been positive here. As a local to this area I can highly recommend these guys. They can fulfill peoples desires of copying a design you would like from a photo for nail inspiration. I have uploaded a picture of my nails I am still obsessed with them please note I do need infills now but I will be returning here.Thanks for always doing my nails good and always with us customers to make our time enjoyable.

I got my nails done today and it's my first time the lady was very nice and helped me.

First and last time! The job is horribly done. The nails are crooked, the nail polish is badly applied. The staff is very rude.

i’ve been going to apple nails for 6 years now . i never had a problem until recently . you always get sent away (i always just sit there) , i don’t know if these artists have PROPER training but majority of them are in school uniform, i had a younger worker do my nails this friday just gone & that night i had nails falling off . i went back to get it fixed and i was in and out under 2 minutes , but the nail fell off not even a day later AGAIN. i really do love this place and it’s just disappointing. i hope they figure out how to manage properly especially booking appointments & quality nails over $$$

Note to owner - Get more Staff!I went on Tuesday and arrived before 4 when they shut at 5 to be told they were closing early. Went again today, and told to wait 30min and to come back. I have been going there for as long as I can remember but won't go back now.

Absolutely disappointed. Rush job done on pedicure. Barely got to soak my feet and no foot massage. Staff member walked away and sent untrained person over to paint my nails. Never again will I go to this place.

I recommend not going to Apple nails! Unless you want rude costumer service or a rushed nail set.I have been to Apple nails about 6 times. Each time I have been treated terribly. There was a time where i had to be at a phone conference at 12pm and I booked an appointment at 10am. I arrived and all seats were full. I was waiting there for an hour and a half before I said anything. I had asked them if they were gone to shut soon and apologised for asking. They told me to sit down for another 10mins. This phone conference was really important and I was getting restless. I messaged a few people and as I was looking at my phone a woman walked in and they let her go in front of me. The nail lady noticed what the male worker did and apologised for him. I had enough and walked out! Only just making it to my appointment.Then today I rang to see when they shut, (which google stated it was 5pm) the lady who spoke to me on the phone told me they shut at 3:30pm. That was fine. Just before I asked if she could do it at 3pm. She told me she will see me there. I arrived at 3pm with my money I took out because they have no eftpos.yhr lady said hello and I told her I was here for the appointment with the acrylics. She looked at the man and spoke in another language. Then he looked at me and he shook his head and his hand in a 'go away' gesture. The lady had a confused look upon her face and apologised. She told me I could come back tomorrow. I will not be going back there. They are very rude for the lake of variety of nail art they have.
