My wife and I contacted a few electricians about a quote to upgrade our power box. Not only was Vijay the only one to respond to us, he was prompt at that. From the get go he wanted to know all about our issue, and on both quote and job day he was timely, professional and respectful as well as his staff. We would definitely use his business again and recommend to others.

I had a security flood light installed in my driveway yesterday and I am very happy with the care and attention to detail taken during the install.VJ was the only electrician to give me a quote in a timely manner (same day). I had been waiting for other quotes but apparently electricians in SEQ are flatout at the moment, I presume doing flood repair jobs etc. Even trying to get someone out to quote (as of Jun 2022) is hard, let alone to complete a job.My situation was a bit tricky there was no existing wire or junction box where I wanted the light installed. Although my house is only 2.5 years old, it's a project builder house and they aren't designed for easy access after the fact.I am extremely impressed with the level of care taken regarding ensuring roof tiles and any sarking that needed to be cut for access was patched using the appropriate reinforced insulation tape. VJ personally got me to sight this to ensure it was to my level of satisfaction. What also surprised me was the fact they cleaned all their fingerprints from the gyprock and other surfaces (manhole, light fitting etc.), which if you've had a sparky do work before is most likely something you've had to do yourself once they've gone. It's a small thing but shows the level of care when doing a job. He also made sure to check for access first before drilling or cutting to avoid any ugly and unnecessary holes on a new home.I am also extremely happy VJ honoured the original quote even though the job ran a lot longer than expected due to the complexity of running the cable.In my experience and based on previous quotes I’ve found VJs prices to be on par or slightly higher than some alternatives, but based on this experience, I have no issues going with VJ again for a complex job now that I have seen the level of care and workmanship involved.Of course, as customers we're always going to be shopping around for the best price, but I think the saying poor man pays twice..." applies here.Allan."

VJ Electrical is the best electrician at Rochdale and Brisbane area. Their work is always very high quality, and their customer service is absolutely awesome. VJ had installed outdoor bell at my gate and also repaired broken switch panel and aircon. They also installed additional smoke detectors for me. Recently, I asked them to replace the smoke alarm detectors that were not put in correct position as per QLD legislation by the builders. They did it with fantastic service.They are always very friendly, and they offered best price. I strongly recommend VJ Electrical to all my friends and anyone wants to do any electrical works.

VJ & his team were amazing. I loved that VJ kept me in the loop as to when they would be at our place, texted me if they were running late or were having issues getting the supplies to remedy our issue. This company would have to be one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They re-set up our TV/sound system/speakers up so we can easily use all of them. His team walked me through the process, made sure I understood it, and assured me I could contact them in the future if I needed them. Throughout the initial stages VJ was thorough in explaining the process, provided recommendations as to what products would be most suitable for our home, and was very thorough in the quote he provided. Had a faulty AC unit that had to be removed. Vijay promptly replied to my email with a quote and date straight away to come and check it out. He advised to replace it with a brand new AC as the previous electrician from another company had installed everything completely incorrectly. Vijay was honest and respectful in regards to this, and his co-worker also very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend VJ’s Electrical. Will also keep them in mind for future needs.
