Had system installed by jarradale heating and cooling same poor quality service we sell them take your money and point U to the worst service ever. Electrician sent out to repair the two month old unit can't guarantee repair due to fault in parts so, Sunday broken out twice in the week to repair same issue not pumping water, following Sunday dead again. If a car does this its a lemon nearly a week waiting for a response from head office Adelaide who say they weren't contacted at all . But someone sent the sparky to do the repair from seely ,,???

How come on your phone answering service it says contact us during business hours up up until 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and yet when I ring at 4.15 pm no one answers!

Very poor service. Contacted them on the 29/12/20 and over a week later had to chase the warranty job. To wait a week in extremely hot conditions is totally unacceptable. The unit was purchased & installed through Hills heating and cooling and they only pointed me to the 1300 number. If I knew the cooler would be down for a week in december I would have NEVER purchased this unit.

Absolutely disgraceful. They have no after hours call out available. So you need to turn the water off and wait till you can get hold of them on a week day?shouldn’t a company of this size have after hours call our team available?sit in your house with no aircon till they decide to turn up? Had surgery week previously at home recuperating when the system stopped. Tried all avenues eventually paid a tech to come and look it was 32 degrees outside. The control panel was not supplying voltage to open the solenoid and let water in. Disconnect this and got air con. I will pay to have a completely new brand new system installed if I have to. Seeley you should be ashamed

Had a brand new unit put in. Had broken parts and panels not fitting snugly. Don’t even dream of getting any customer support to check if the installer is be honest. You cannot send photos of damages to check anything. There is nobody to talk to at all unless you want to speak with a dealer.
