Over The Top

The hairdresser did not demonstrate she understood the cut I wanted even after showing her a photo and trying to explain. Waste of money. I cut my own fringe better. Now have to get it redone.

Not too bad at what they do, but I had a haircut here last Xmas eve. I was doing a big chop before a trip and having long, long hair I expected that I could cut it off in phases.Unfortunately, the hairdresser I got (Who was clearly exhausted and over it, as to be expected for that time of the year) blatantly refused to cut my hair in stages, spent about 15 minutes and chopped it unevenly, sending me on my way without so much as a goodbye.If I'm paying for a service, and you've accepted my appointment, regardless of the time of the year it is a very basic expectation that you fulfill it as I ask. I've hated my hair ever since! Her chop made it grow back wonky. Haven't been back to that salon either.I'd been around 4 times prior and all was okay but they did keep me waiting a number of times. Im not one to complain but when you're charging me 50 dollars for a haircut I expect a bit of respect.

This place is really amazing. I took my 3 years old son to have a hair cut and was the only place that he settled down or didn't cry. He felt so comfortable there that I didn't need to hold him. I think her name is Fazia( don't know exactly how to spell), she was talking and interacting with him all the time. She is amazing! Now I know where should I take my son to have a haircut. Highly recommend!

I had hair done for my 30th birthday by Carol.I showed her a couple of pictures of a 1960s look I was going and she made it her own.I have honestly never had my hair so well done like this before. I felt and looked absolutely great. I kept it up over night and it still looked great the next day.The best part about it was how passionate she was about doing the hairstyle.I felt so comfortable and at ease knowing I was in good hands.She is someone who loves her job!Thank you.If anyone is looking for an updo hairstyle, GO TO CAROL!

My not so local hairdresser. I've been a customer here for years and it's always great service and great conversation. I left once to find someone closer (Because I moved) but I shortly came back because I couldn't find the right match in quality and service than that of OVER The Top.

I had my hair cut and colored by Stefano on Friday, I have been attending your hair dressers 6 years, driving from Canberra for the last two years, for your friendly staff and elite product!!! I want to share the fact, that I received the best color and cut of my life. I want to yell it to the world, but my hair has spoken for itself! With all I meet commenting and asking of my glorious new style. The service was so genuine, delivered by such a beautiful sole.
