Exceptional place to learn martial arts and build confidence. My 11 years old son started a few months ago and the change in him has been incredible. He enjoys every aspect of his teachings and it is already evident to me that he is learning the most effective systems of self defense whilst increasing his fitness level. Sifu Arthur is an extremely patient and encouraging person and his style of teaching brings out the very best in his students. I would highly recommend Progressive Combat Systems to everyone!!!

SiFu Arthur is an amazing teacher who is very knowledgeable about the arts, being trained under Bruce Lee's right hand man, Dan Inosanto.
