StarTrack Port Macquarie are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. A very well known company sent a parcel to their depot to be express posted. After having to chase up the parcel as no one notified me of the delay in delivery or any update for tracking consignment. after 2 weeks of waiting, I can only assume they have stolen the parcel. Why else would you give continual lies or weeks of chasing parcel with no response? Hope you enjoy your unpaid for YETI coolers... Pathetic.

Very unreliable to my area. My last package went from Sydney to me (NSW Mid Nth Coast) via Melbourne. Their road service drops to my door but the express service drops at a Post Office 50kms away to use AusPost to bring to my local PO a day later. Their service is a mess.

Ordered an item in Sydney Thursday morning and it was delivered in Port Macquarie 2:00pm Friday afternoon. That's great service and what's more it's a week before Christmas. Can't get much better than that.

Half their complaints would go away if they sent a text informing of the delivery day and approximate time.If I got a text, I could have made sure I would be home, but instead I had no idea anything was coming and so I missed my delivery and had to travel 45 mins both ways to pick it up.

Absolutely terrible on every level. Package was late but could see it had been at the local depo for days from tracking. I called to try and arrange for me to pick up my package but had to go through an overseas call centre. They said it would take 24 hours for him to contact the local depo and see if it would be possible to arrange a pick up. its been days and still do not have my package and still can't arrange a pickup. They have been useless at every level.

Don't use StarTrack. Considering that this company belongs to Australia Post, their service for Port Macquarie is abysmal. They only deliver to your house during business hours, which in itself is not unusual. However, they only provide for pickup from their depot between 8-9am and 3-4pm Mon to Fri which is quite pathetic. And even this has to be arranged via their website by appointment. The depot in Port Macquarie can not be contacted, your only options are via the website or a call centre. Should you miss the delivery (as most people who work normal hours would), you can arrange a re-delivery via the website, but unless you do it before 6.00pm, you have to wait a further 2 days for it to be delivered. Again, pathetic service. As it stands it will take as long, or longer, for the parcel to get the 5 km from the depot to my house than it did to get from Melbourne to Port Macquarie. All the other delivery companies, IPEC, Toll etc, manage just fine, but not Australia Post ie: StarTrack.

Had VW parts overnight delivered at extra cost as the parts were needed by Sat am.card left.I rang only to be told driver should have taken items to post office as startrack depot not open on weekends!! Unable to fix camper,hence cost me accommodation costs at venue..I'll contact company who used startrack as courier and advise not to use them.. No offer of refund for delivery costs or BUGGER All. Stay WELL WELL away..

Fantastic reliable trustworthy service! Excellent tracking service. Package was ordered Thursday and delivered Friday. Destination was over 600km from its origin and we are not in a major city! Very impressed with their prompt delivery.
