We purchased a house from Mark and then 5 years later we asked him to manage it as a rental.All was good for 6 years and then Mark showed his true colours when we decided to self manage our property.As the lease in place had lapsed we told Mark that we would take it from there. Mark went ahead instead and collected another fortnights rent also he sent a lease renewal to the tenant with all his particulars in place for renewal. He also charged for a lease that was not going to be valid and he had a go at our tenants for dealing with us direct. So when we asked Mark why he was going against our instructions and to be refunded for the lease he simply remarked that he would get back to us.No replies, no refund and it seems no love lost, only commission from someone we had had a long association with.

We cannot say enough good things about Mark and his business. Mark sold us our property and when we moved out he then rented it out for us. Since Mark took over we have had zero problems, Mark just looks after everything.
