Mike from World Tiles did a fantastic job re-tiling our outdoor deck. The initial tile installation (approx 10 years ago) was faulty, which had resulted in water pooling on the deck and leaking downstairs, causing water damage and mould. Mike removed all old tiles, levelled and waterproofed correctly, and retiled. The work is very professional and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. After multiple quotes and speaking to different tilers, Mike was an easy choice as he came across very friendly and knowledgeable, could assist with all jobs required (including removing and re-installing the balcony railings) and was fully licenced with QBCC. We will be getting Mike back for all future tiling needs!
