Their designs and attention to detail are one of kind and I am constantly complimented on all the products I have purchased for my home and the beach. Staff at this company are so genuine and care so much about your experience in store AND once you walk out the door. I have now dealt with them online, in store and in their warehouse based in Tweed Heads where their amazing staff simply cannot help you enough, all are visibly clearly so passionate about their products and their brand. Less than very average customer service at the Tweed Heads store, such a shame. Was in there for 10 minutes before I rang the bell for someone to speak to. No cash facilities? Was just all very weird.

I LOVE MY ROUNDIES!! I just want every single design in my life. But I've had to make do with 3 for now! Thank you Beach people.

I ordered a roundie towel. it arrived, no problem. But then after a month I received a fedex letter stating I owed fees for 70% the value of the towel....Had I known anything about these fees I never would have accepted the package nor opened it. I emailed the beach people about this and never got any reply from them. I will never ever order anything from this company again. Lesson learned.ETA Update: I was contacted by a customer care person and it was a standard interaction stating they list on their website about customs and shipping fees. However, that is not what the issue was. The issue is that I was in no way notified of these fees for over a month receiving the towel. I opened and used the towel. once I received the bill I was no longer able to return the towel. I was offered a small discount on my next purchase, which would in no way offset the high customs and shippers' costs.It is sad because I like their actual products. It is just not affordable to ship to canada.I do commend them on their great marketing however. As soon as I was contacted by their customer care person, they had about 7 new 5 star reviews up on google to offset my poor review!
