In the middle of a global pandemic, I was privileged to work with John on the design and Josh on the printing of my work wear. I was blown away on the professionalism in regards to communicating size charts, availability and communication of logo sizes to maximise the field size all via email.My order turned up 2 days earlier than expected and I was very pleased with all products received. I will be using Business Image Group in the future and personally couldn't recommend them high enough.Thanks to everybody involved.

Could not recommend this place highly enough. I've been dealing with Josh and his team for the last four years and they have never let us down. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding and the quality of their work is second to none. We've ordered t-shirts, business shirts, caps, stubby holders, jumpers, and puffer vests with either embroidery or screen print and have never had a problem. The selection of merchandise is huge as he is not limited to a single supplier. Josh and his team are so friendly and accommodating; as clients we are very hard to please and have a keen eye for detail and they have worked tirelessly and patiently with us until we were happy. Even with lockdowns and restrictions, our orders have always been processed promptly. Six stars!

Really great to deal with. I'm from the USA and needed 100 shirts made for an event in Melbourne. Josh was incredibly helpful and prompt through the entire process. He returned a quote to me the same day we talked, delivered quality shirts with great embroidery and delivered the whole order a day ahead of schedule. Everything was as promised, with no additional charges or caveats. I'd highly recommend doing business with the Business Image Group.
