Mitronics Canberra

I just ordered two printers for my Adelaide and Canberra office. I specifically asked for WIFI direct connection printers. Being under the impression this was just part of the machine and not a separate connection device I did not pick up on it missing from the final quote. I now have two devices without wireless printing and they want to charge me two more installation charges to get the wireless connected which should of been already done on the first installation. They are trying to deny responsibility and pass it on to me. I am not a printer expert and was under the impression like all printers the wireless was just part of the printer. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
