EB Games - Victor Harbor

Bought two preowned controllers and both of them have not been tested and were broken at default. The workers are polite and responsive though this does not excuse the fact that i'm buying 'preowned' controllers not 'broken'

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a good range of products for a small store. Went there when they had a massive sale which was a bonus. Like most of the eb game stores, if you know what you're after it pays to ring ahead and see if it is available.

Hi there. I just want to make a complaint about your Victor harbour store in South Australia. I am a level 4 member who frequents your store regularly. Now every time I go to Victor harbour EB Games I'm met with a tall sour faced man (Manager) who does not want to help. He gets annoyed when you go to the counter and ask for a hand. He gets visibly angry when making trades or returns. He makes my experience every time I go in there really quite awful. Now I have tried to have a conversation with this man but all you get back are one word answers. This man has no customer service skills and doesn't seem to want any either. I truly believe this employee is loosing you store revenue.

You can find all accessories for gaming plus ear phones and all games and gaming cards plus older games here. You can also trade games I believe if in good condition..posters and emoji cushions sometimes too. Well worth going in and can order games for you

Friendly, helpful staff and a constantly changing range of games and merchandise. I'll admit my PC Master Race snobbery limits what I get personally now that EB has moved away from the PC range it once had, but there is always something here for the wife or kids and the staff have gone above and beyond to help cater to our large family ❤

I was helped by two staff members Crystal & then The manager Samuel over the phone.They were both very helpful & Samuel took that extra bit of time to help with a delivery. I would recommend that store at Victor Harbour.

Very good shop. Has a huge amount of stock to choose from and friendly helpful staff.
