Quest Epping

After having my Jetstar flight cancelled for my 9am flight to Melbourne, the next available was 1755, I called Quest, and the staff member was understanding. Needless to say, I dragged myself into reception and greeted with a lovely smile. I found my room comfortable, very classy, and settled in for the rest of the night . Highly recommend Quest with a wonderful receptionist to boot. I will stay again.

Quest Epping was excellent! My friend was visiting from the US, so wanted an option close to the North of Melbourne and it was perfect! Lots of things to do nearby such as restaurants, shopping and activities for leisure. Chris from reception was an absoloute champ! So accommodating, welcoming and genuinely enthusiastic about his job. Really appreciated Chris going above and beyond to assist us in checking in a little earlier and ensuring we're comfortable while waiting for our room to be ready. Overall the hotel is very well designed and spacious! Would definitely recommend.

I am absolutely blown away by the lengths the staff go too to ensure your stay is a smooth as possible. I was in Melbourne for my father’s funeral and when we arrived our check-in was seamless and a personalised condolence card had been written for us. The staff are amazing and I will remember them fondly in what was a very challenging time.The room was great. It contained everything we needed and more. It was also very clean.

Professional and Service with Excellence, I was greeted by a lovely lady with a passion to deliver the best of her abilities. The environment and stay was delightful with everything in the one spot such as restaurants, general shopping and more. I definitely would pick this place to stay when I am visiting Melbourne.

I can’t fault this place, the service is impeccable. We just had a long drive from Sydney, but decided to stay a night in Melbourne on a very late notice. The GM (Chris) went above and beyond to accommodate us. I should say, one of the best reception we’ve had by far. The rooms were pretty amazing too. Our twins didn’t even want to go. Would definitely come back again, given a chance.

I've stayed in many 5 star hotels across the world and never would I have imagined that out in the North I could encounter such an experience! Staying @ the Quest Epping has surpassed any expectations of mine! Living away from home for an extensive period caused me such great anxiety until I met The Quest Epping Team you have simply outdone yourselves in every way! Chris Barroga (General Manager) there are simply no words for you! Your Compassion your Passion for your Guests your attention to detail is something I have not seen before you go out of your way to accommodate and absolutely nothing is too hard! Your truly an absolute Gem and Quest you are so Blessed and should be honoured to have Chris run your Hotel, Chris your front-line staff have adopted your ways which is so comforting and pleasing that they will become you one day soon, and will care as much as you do! Mind your simply a Mini Chris Barroga! Just overall great frontline reception team! Your, Housekeeping team well what can one say they are above and beyond pleasant will do anything that is asked of them, know us by name and are interested in how we are doing daily, their smiles cant be wiped off their faces all day long even if you tried, absolutely lovely each and every one of them! I have stayed at your hotel off and on for 6 months now and would choose you in a heartbeat over anywhere else in Melbourne anyday anytime! Well done Quest Epping Team keep up the fantastic impeccable work you do in making people feel so welcomed and at home out in the North you guys are Gold in this place! Stayed at the quest for one night. Great location, good wifi, comfy beds, plenty of restaurants around with cinemas . A few negatives , showers only warm, balcony door didn’t lock. No info provided about which restaurants did charge back to your room. Only option for breakfast is coffee club. Overall not a bad stay
