Alright place for pet supplies. Though one male staff seemed like he had no clue about what a fleece blanket is or anything about small pets (guinea pigs) whatsoever. Decent prices, close to home is the only good thing I can say. Though could have got it sent to my front door for the same price without talking to a brick wall for help on pet products. Clean, though. Almost forget that..

First time I went staff didn’t even approach me. Went to checkout after spending 45mins looking for a dog product I had no clue about. Worse customer service ever. Thought I’ll try and give them another go maybe they was having bad day. Absolutely not same thing happened again. But to the chick with black hair with purple in it. Don’t be so friggen rude. You made me so angry. Wish I took my money elsewhere. But hey no more petban for me. Will be going to other stores. Good riddance to bad service

Caroline Springs Petbarn is overpriced, constantly low supplies, wont price match even though their website says they do, staff not helpful. Dog loaf is $10 more expensive than other places. Apparently there is a list of competitors they wont match but staff don't know where this list is. Sounds like a scam to me. Try PetStock in Taylors Lake for good service and cheaper products.

While the range of products were fine, we found the service to be terrible. The staff member that served us was incredibly rude to my husband before I came in the store. To be fair she wasn't that much more friendly towards me..
