It was very challenged project due to its confined space, in fact I had asked few builders, but non was confident to take over the job. Have been using Pembrook Homes for many years to build our townhouses and they have been amazing to deal with. The team is wonderful and the workmanship is second to none.

I have a home build being constructed by them and there was an issue that came up in the build that was a result of a misunderstanding that made a me a bit anxious about the whole thing especially in the current state of market. After some talks through the REA we came to a decision on how to rectify the issue and I believe it's a fair resolution and shows their professionalism. The home is only in the frame stage but from inspecting previously built homes the quality of the homes looks quite good and they are using good quality materials.
