DogFX

Both of my dogs have been going to DogFX for over 2 years now. They love it there and whether they are in Doggie Daycare or having a grooming, they love it and I Iove it too. The staff are amazing, friendly and truly care for my fur babies. I can highty recommend them for grooming, doggy daycare or obedience training.

My little dogs Izzy and Millie love going to Dog FX for their grooming/day care. The main reason I think is that the groomers are kind, caring and patient with my fur babies . Well done

Took my little fur baby for a full groom and nail trim. Service was amazing and she loved socialising with the other dogs. She was groomed very well and was very pleased when she came out. Will be coming back :)

Always a good experience when visiting DogFX. My 2 are not the easiest to groom and are not fans of other grommets. We have never heard anything bad about their behaviour when we've asked and they don't seem to mind going.

Service is a bit inconsistent depending on who you get. Been there twice now. The first time it was really good service but I was disappointed the second time because they hadn't brushed out the dogs fully and there were still areas which required smoothing out. Plus the paw pads looked messy. For the price you pay I don't think it's worth it.

Fantastic Place!Took my Border Collie for his first grooming ever and they did an amazing job and at a fair price, he walked out clean, happy and most importantly smelling great!100% recommend, wouldn't trust anyone else with my boy

Against customer wishes.We decided to take our puppy to this store because we felt a good connection with some of their staff at a city’s market.However it was very disappointing today when our puppy was picked up because we made sure to share photos and explained how much we wanted his coat to be trimmed and it ended up very different from what we wanted. Their attitude was very evasive and full of excuses. We also saw one of the staff pushing dogs away with her leg.Very disappointing.

Booked my blind 19 yo pet dog last year. 11/03. Was charged a fee for another person to hold her without prior consultation. Very unprofessional. Then was sent a text message with excuses. Megan has a passive aggressive attitude. Avoid if possible. I will expect a passive aggressive reply to this review.

Took my puppy here for his first full groom today as well as daycare for a whole day. I brought him home and noticed that he had been licking his front paw all night. I looked up close and saw a decently deep cut to his paw pad (I’ve attached a photo). I emailed the owner furiously, as you would be, to ask what happened and she said she didn’t notice anything while grooming him. She said he must’ve grazed his paw on something or another puppy must have scratched or bitten him. However, it clearly looks like a cut during the grooming process as you can see the fur shaped around the cut. I’m assuming a cut like this would have bled so how did they not notice during his time there as they claim to supervise them at all times. Its now obviously prone to infection (and hopefully not infected already) and I won’t be able to take him outside at all for the time being until I see the vet. I asked the owner for either a refund to cover the vet bill or just a compensation for the actual vet bill itself. She replied saying she isn’t liable for things like this and that these things happen. This makes me think - she can’t even refund me a minor fee of $87 because this happens all the time to dogs in their daycare? That is honestly scary to think about. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Would not want this happening to anyone’s beloved pets.
