After taking a very sentimental necklace to be restrung. I returned to collect it. To find they had taken the liberty of adding a very bright yellow bead through out the piece. Leaving it looking nothing like the original. When I asked for the additional colour to be removed. I was told to either find beads a more suitable colour. Or it will be returned to me unstrung. That I can take it elsewhere. This is after many weeks of waiting for it to be completed. I've just ended up with a zip lock bag of beads & a clasp. Devasted! It belonged to my Grandma. Who has passed away. No apology or service recovery of any kind offered. I would never trust this business with a piece of my jewelry again.

Their jewellery pieces are so different from the chain store jewelers. Nothing mass produced and the gravity is there. Love this shop and the family of staff are always so helpful and friendly.
