What a great experience ! Travelled from Bendigo with my Daughter who has just landed herself an Apprentice Chef role. Knowledge second to none. Knew exactly what we needed, gave some options and then let her handle the knives and decide what was best for her.Well worth the trip and now we have some great knives to start her journey with. Although I don't think this will be our last visit...by far...Thanks for the welcome and assistance..

Kaz shop is small but full intricate details. Kaz was very kind to answer all my amateur questions and I could tell he was genuinely interested in the conversation. The Blue Super Santoku knife I purchased gives a veggie slicing experience unlike any other of the mainstream blades I had till now.Planning to come back for sharpening classes once the knife become duller.If you are curious about Japanese steel, I highly recommend visiting Kaz's shop.

Highly recommend Kaz’s knife sharpening class. If you’ve tried serval approaches but still couldn’t get the results you want in knife sharpening then this class is perfect for you. Kaz pointed out the problems of my knifes and and fixed them. After the class I finally understand why my knives were still blunt even though I had spent a lot of time working on the stones. One of the best classes I’ve taken. Money well spent!
